Capability 03
Be recognized before you are read.
Identity, creative direction and a content system that holds the message for months, not for one campaign.
Request a diagnosisThe problem it solves
Plenty of companies publish constantly and still nobody remembers who they are. Every piece uses a different tone, the identity shifts depending on who designed it, and content answers the calendar instead of answering a buying decision.
A brand is not a logo. It is the sum of repeated signals that make someone recognize you and believe you.
When it makes sense
- The company looks different in every channel, as if each piece came from another business.
- You need bilingual material that does not read as translated.
- Ad creative burns out and there is no bank of angles or assets.
- You are launching a service and need your own territory before spending on media.
What it includes
Essential identity
Minimum viable verbal and visual brand: name in use, tone, palette, typography and critical applications.
Creative direction
A territory of your own with concrete rules, so any future asset belongs to the same system.
Message system
Root message, segment variants, evidence and objection handling, in English and Spanish.
Content production
Recurring formats with a clear job: educate, qualify, answer objections or activate demand.
Campaign creative
Assets designed to test different angles, with naming that makes results readable.
Consistency guide
An operational document so your team can hold the system without depending on us.
Deliverables
- Essential identity kit with editable files
- Verbal and visual brand guide
- Bilingual message system
- Bank of angles and campaign assets
- Editorial calendar with a function per format
What we measure
- Recall and recognition in qualitative testing
- Performance by creative angle, not by format
- Asset lifespan before fatigue
- Branded search over time
How it connects
Brand gives paid media its material and the website its voice. Without creative direction, every campaign starts from zero and creative cost climbs.
Questions about this capability
Do we need to change the logo?
Only if it is blocking something concrete: legibility, applications, contrast or coherence. Changing identity without a reason costs money and erases recognition you already earned.
Do you produce video and photography?
We direct and produce with external crews when the project calls for it. We do not use generic stock photography to simulate a team or an office.
How do you keep English content from sounding translated?
We write each language from the message, not from the other language. Examples, references and sentence structure all change.
